James, the Baron of Buittle holds a gift of home-made maple syrup from a long time supporter
The Barony is so fortunate to have gained the support and kind correspondence of many people around the world, most significantly through their personal engagement with the Barony's seat, Buittle Castle. Many have visited in person, stayed in the B&B, perhaps held or attended a wedding or dinner here, or have come to one of our many events based around community engagement. Others have simply come across us online and have found what we are doing to be worthwhile.
We are always so touched to receive correspondence from you all, and especially touched when something personal to the correspondent is included, as in the above photo, where our long-time supporter Allen Marrocco has sent us a jar of his excellent maple syrup all the way from the United States.
As spring approaches, and the gardens come into bloom here, we want to convey our appreciation to all of our supporters, both at home and around the world!
